Sin Qua Squash, Sing Kwo is native to Asia, it is cultivated for its unripe fruit to be used as an edible vegetable. It resembles the appearance of a cucumber or zucchini with ridges. It is used to make stews, soups and other dishes when cooked. Or eaten raw in salads and pastas. When the fruit is mature is used as a fiber to make cleaning products like sponges or to make other products like hats, shade screens, etc.
