The Napa Cabbage is native to China and well spread in the Asian continent. During the 20th century its usage and cultivation has spread to Europe, America and Australia. It is commonly known as Napa, Nappa or Chinese Cabbage. It grows best in cool climates/seasons, but available year round. Napa Cabbage is a favorite of Asian cuisines and it’s prepared into many different dishes and raw or cooked in different ways. Eaten raw as a wrap or into salads, cooked into soups and stir fried into wok like dishes
